Many of these components, I personally get to see. I have the exciting pleasure of being able to drive from community to community to update the progress on each home and take photos along the way!

My most favorite part of my job would have to be being able to sit in on design meetings. I come from a fashion background and have always prided myself on customer service. For me, I enjoy seeing everyone’s different taste when it comes to decorating their home. This also gives me the opportunity to talk to each customer. I use this time to figure out why they chose Grayhawk Homes and more specifically why they chose the floor plan.

A few weeks ago, I walked into the Design Center only to find a familiar face! If you follow us on social media, you might remember this
picture. Here I am with Dr. Parham, a former Assistant Principal at Northside High School, my alma mater! He is currently the Assistant Principal at one of Midland’s newest Middle Schools, Aaron Cohn.

He and his wife chose to build their dream home in Wrenwood. Dr. Parham explained that the Quality Craftsmanship, Energy Efficiency and Consistency were just some of the reasons they chose Grayhawk Homes.

When they began looking at homes, they focused on Grayhawk Homes due to the positive word of mouth he had received from the teachers and students in the community. They valued all the information found on our website and they really enjoyed the area where Wrenwood is located.

“This is nice,” were Dr. Parham’s words when explaining the Design Center. They enjoyed being able to hand pick every component of their home. They also enjoyed the upgrade packages that we offer when it comes to designing homes.

All in all, you can bet it was a good day! Seeing a familiar face and watching their dream home come to life is always a pleasure.
