The Bedford is a two-story home design with four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a two-car garage, and 2,695 square feet. As well as being available in the Links Crossing community in Auburn, it’s also available for those who want to build on their own land in Alabama or Georgia. This is a beautiful, spacious home with fantastic curb appeal, especially when you can choose from four exterior designs: Traditional, Craftsman, Euro, and Arts & Crafts.

Inside, you’ll find a wealth of architectural details that really add the finishing touch to this wonderful home. You’ll find arched entrances throughout the ground floor, not to mention a tray ceiling in the separate dining room, and in the owner’s suite. There’s also a skylight over the second floor hallway for some wonderful natural light.

The first floor is the heart of the home with the main living areas. From the covered front porch, you enter a spacious foyer with the dining room on one side and the more formal living room on the other, a fantastic layout for entertaining. As you enter further into the home, there’s a coat closet at the end of the foyer and then you enter into the more casual family room, which is spacious but cozy, especially with the addition of the fireplace. The butler’s pantry connects the dining room to the breakfast room/kitchen, perfect for entertaining or hosting large family meals for holidays, birthdays and more. In addition to all of this, you’ll also find a mud room just off the interior garage entrance, along with another closet, and a powder room.

Upstairs is where all of the bedrooms are located, including the truly spacious owner’s suite, which includes a separate sitting area, ideal for when you want to get away for a few minutes of peace and privacy. In addition, the owner’s suite includes a truly spa-like bathroom, not to mention two walk-in closets. A second bedroom is almost as large as the owner’s suite and has direct access to the upstairs bathroom, although there’s another door from the hallway, making the second bathroom accessible to those in the additional two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a large closet, while the third and four bedrooms are slightly smaller but have walk-in closets. In addition, the laundry is located on the second floor for convenience.

The Bedford is a classic home, with separate living room and family room, as well as the formal dining room in addition to the breakfast area.
